Perform all requests in text box and
retry the operation
You are tying to use RADSCOM from
the Desktop using a DOS Window in
1. Exit RADSCOM,
2. Press the START button at bottom
3. Select Shut Down Restart in MS
4. Restart RADSCOM
5. Retry the operation.
Verify you are using the supplied
communication cable and that you
are connected to the 9 pin serial
connector on the RADS CADU and
to the correct serial port on the PC.
Proper communication cable is a
Serial Null Modem Cable or a
Serial PC to PC Data Transfer
Cable, also known as a Serial
Try using RADSCOM from a DOS
Window. Win95/98 works differently on
different machines, what works on one
type will not work on another due to the
