PROCEDURE 5: NIGHTTIME TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
The following steps are to be taken if nighttime tracking
is required. If no flights will be performed after dusk,
proceed directly to task 2.
a. Ensure that the TRACKER MODE switch on the front of the DAU is in the NIGHT position.
b. Ensure that the underside, trailing edge of all blades is as clean as possible. This is necessary for optimum
adhesion of the reflective tape.
